It's Time to Say No Without the Guilt

I've seriously had enough with people who think they can just push me around and think they can talk for me. Doing what they want when they want, seeing every opportunity that suits them but only using me to get there.. I'm no doormat you can walk over and wipe your feet clean.. You must be joking! I have decided today is the day when i will learn the lesson of saying... NO!

It's my time to do what i want when i want. Now what i want is to sing MY songs and write MY song and not be forced into singing in YOUR 1980's bull or your over rated punk rock.. that's not jazz and it's definitely not my style.. I precisely told you what i want and you still manage to give me what you want. I don't think i can work with anyone like that and i strongly advise people who feel they are being used in some sort of way similar to the way i have then i truly mean to say to stomp your feet down and do what you want! It's your life and you do what YOU want.. Now it's certainly time i do what i want and do it the way i want to. :) Now thats out i feel much better lol.

Why do we feel so obliged not to stick up for ourselves?


What reason holds you from containing the word "no"? Knowing how to use the word appropriately seems to be easier said by men more than women. (Studies show) Since women are frequently "People pleasers".

To all the women out there.. Don't let people trample all over your boundaries and put a stop to it. You're allowed to say no!!

Why Do We Hate Monday?

After a lot of late nights from a long joyful weekend.. Monday has to come to spoil it for us! Back to waking up in the morning. Today i refused to leave my bed, and then passed out until 3 in the afternoon. That sort of behavior isn't advisable lol. Now i have to suffer with a huge headache which isn't great! But Why do people really hate Mondays?

Make up on the train..

How many of us seen women do it? But how many of us actually admit to doing it.. Funny thing is i found myself doing it today in the morning in the train since i had to leave the house in such a rush and found it quite intimidating how everyone just kept staring at me lol. Look, when it's got to be done, then it's got to be done!! I'd rather be stared at on the train than look rather deadly during the whole day!
While i was looking around i found this picture which according sources claims that in Japan they find it rather rude to put make up on in public transport!!

They come in so many shapes and sizes.. What do we really want? Tall, short, fat, slim, buff, geeky, clever, dumb oh gosh there is way too many to choose from.. where do we start? You see for me, i find this a funny subject to talk about. I feel i'm done with men.. I think i'm probably a magnet to the weird ones lool. Hmm :/ Not so great i guess.. But still i think i do want my perfect"Prince Charming" to stride along in his big white horse and whisk me away to a land far far away and live happily ever after... *Sighs* Okay come on gurlies lets be real.. We're in 2010 you'd be lucky to find a man who ticks all your boxes and comes falling at your feet.. But i would rather stay single until i find him.

Romantic - Constantly surprising me with gifts and taking me out occasionally on dates making it feel like it were the first date over and over again.. <3 *sighs*

Religion - Calls of God upon his life

Friendship - Needs to be there for me like a friend more than a boyfriend

Okay everybody calm down!! Just calm down... Kim Kardashian didn't look too happy on her trip to London.... as she clearly stated "Where are all my UK fans at??" Hun i don't think you have any LOL! Whoops did i say that out loud.. Gosh i think me and a very small minority are actually fans of her.. Me for one is only a big fan since she gave me confidence to flaunt my big ass out since her ass just hit the jackpot loool <3 Gosh i love her really, but i think i love to hate her at the same time although i feel she's becoming a bit much...

Kim Kardashian : Television personality/producer/actress/model <--- One thing they really missed out was reality porn star loool! Lets be fair she did really make her family more famous since she released that video.. maybe took advice from her close friend Paris Hilton.. Worked for her and it sure did with Kim Kardashian!

Am i the only one who feels she's starting to seriously lose the plot now? I mean she was known for such a huge plump ass and now thats pretty much gone since she's become a work out freak and is quite close to being really thin since she's surrounded by other people in the spot light.. her nose job (WHY!) and even oh my god, yes she is acting... Not sexy at all.. -.-' i was embarrassed for her! CSI? Bad decision luvvy <3 But you know what i love you really... i do.. but i think i'm starting to love her sis Khloe Khardashian more since she's defo keeping it more real!!!

The things we do to stay fit..!

It really doesn't help when we're being pursued into a life filled with perfect celebs with such perfect bodies! They even manage to make curves look great but yet again.. myself having curves i STILL don't feel and look as great as them! Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Shakira and so many more! Thanks to them they've lead all of us to have very high standards.. now how can we do it?!?! Personally i'm not a very healthy nor do i lead a very healthy lifestyle... Oh for goodness sakes i'm 20 and i live in London.. right in central of a really busy city that never freakin' sleeps! I feel ever since i've turned 20 i have to stop all the great foods i love.. become more active (wtf!) and work out soooo much that i can't have a social life no more! Which really sucks since all my friends party party party in extremely short dresses and consume unbelievable amounts of alcohol without thinking of how much they have to work out to work it all of the next day.. With me it's like if i don't even get enough sleep it takes a toll on me! So my first mission is to shed off these pounds.. i hate being so pear shaped..! My mission is to change my lifestyle into a better and a healthier one..!! First step was joined the gym.. now i just have to keep it up and keep healthy and see how well i do in one month,... who knows will it make a change?
