How to avoid eating at night!

As most know, it's very unhealthy to eat after 6.30pm well 7pm max! If you want to be healthy. I'd rather stick to being fit & healthy :) Now it's about 10pm and I'm feeling quite peckish! I tried dancing in front of the mirror to remind myself how far I've gone so far so i should really zip my mouth shut, but I'm still feeling hungry! So I'm just going to write about it instead :) Especially since i'm trying to lose more weight it just won't make sense if i eat now because that won't give my body time to burn it before i go to bed! This is definitely a habit that's hard to change.. Much harder than i thought and right now I'm seriously slapping my wrist towards why i did it in the first place! Well i guess it's good since i didn't eat much today so my stomach would shrink. I'm not saying I'm starving myself, not at all. Just in order to lose weight I'm lowering the intake of food which i think is perfectly fine, I'm working out 4-5 times a week (cardio exercise) AND i'm trying to eat smaller portions 5 times a day before it reached 6.30..

Maybe I'm just bored? Or i should just sleep to forget about food! Hmmmm people help me! :)

Thinking of the *Perfect Body* is the only reason I'm writing this post.. i just hope the outcome will be worth it <3

  1. Rules are different. You have to get it. You only feel hungry at night because you haven't been eating right whole day. You haven't given your body enough food and hence your body gives you pangs at night. Hunger is sign of health. Bloating is sign of sickness.

    2. Eat 3 hours before the bed. Still feel hungry? Take milk. Get some supplements with it.

    3. You just do cardio, so have something with sodium etc. Though cardio isn't effective at all for weight loss. You are losing muscles and not fat. You will feel fat all the time.

  2. The photograph is enough to make anyone feel peckish but I assume it must have been taken before your sun tan. White certainly looks good on you but you could also try red or black for a change to flatter the figure and also edit your blog more often as soon as you begin to think about food.
